- Added a monitoring window for active Vaadin sessions, including detailed session information and improvements such as automatic removal of the current session upon closing.
- Improved the chatbot step copy functionality by fixing missing elements in the copied content, sup-pressing the copy button for finished steps, and ensuring consistent behavior when reopening config-urations.
- Added recipient filtering options to the request portal, allowing configuration of who can be selected as a recipient based on predefined criteria – enabling use cases like restricting role assignments to certain employee types.
Improvements
- Made the responsible person for an application system editable again; this field can now be shown or hidden and is available during both creation and editing of the application system.
- Updated the SoD matrix so that attribute display names now appear in the selected language, and values can be manually shown or hidden as columns.
- Improved the Visual Scripting Best Practices API with code cleanup, better checkbox styling, additional input context support, and more commonly used reflection classes for enhanced usability.
- Improved the password reset window to prevent confusing messages when the dialog is closed with-out input, and made enhancements for accessibility and user interface behavior.
- Improved accessibility of the sidebar by marking the currently selected page with aria-current, ensuring screen readers can correctly identify the active item.
- Improved accessibility of the login panel by adding proper labels and marking input fields as required, ensuring screen readers can interpret the form correctly and users receive clear guidance.
- Enhanced the entitlement hierarchy card to support expandable views for resources and their related system entitlements, including validation logic to ensure only appropriate actions can be triggered based on the selected item.
- Added a start node to visual scripting and ensured it cannot be accidentally deleted using keyboard shortcuts.
- Adjusted the SSO connection panel so that the option to schedule “permission checks via LDAP” is now only shown for LDAP connections, avoiding confusion for other connection types.
- Project snapshots are now encrypted when backup encryption is enabled, and an appropriate suffix is added; also improved error messaging for incorrect or missing passwords during snapshot restora-tion.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an error that occurred during the migration process when updating role permissions, which pre-viously caused the application to fail in certain cases.
- Fixed multiple errors that occurred when trying to preview a KPI monitoring datapoint, ensuring the preview now loads correctly and more reliably through improved data handling and additional vali-dation.
- Fixed an issue in the release workflow where visual highlights for changed form elements were missing, ensuring that updates—such as modified combo boxes—are now clearly indicated again.
- Fixed an error that could occur when accessing context roles, preventing a concurrent modification issue during form processing.
- Fixed an issue where the YAML generator failed for classes without any fields, ensuring it now handles empty classes correctly.
- Fixed an issue where license update files with the .update extension could not be uploaded by adding support for this file type.
Technical Changes
- Java 17 is required.
- PostgreSQL 16 is recommended.
- As application server Tomcat 10.1 is still required.
