The currently applicable regulations of the financial supervisory authorities BaFin (GER), FINMA (CH) and FMA (AT) require proof of proper authorization assignment from banks and financial institutions in particular, but also from industrial companies in German-speaking countries. The introduction of a comprehensive recertification system for the solution is accompanied by a high effort for companies. The technology-leading Identity and Access Governance (IAG) platform NEXIS 4 provides the appropriate tools for a resource-saving solution through a no-code approach.
- Less technology, more conception:
NEXIS 4 can be connected to existing IAM systems and additionally display additional authorization structures quickly and easily via file or database connection. Thus, companies are not forced to provide the systems to be checked centrally and can focus on the conception of recertification.
- Workflow-Konfiguration through Best-Practices:
Once the relevant data has been connected, workflow and delegation templates supplied by the manufacturer can be used without complex scripts or code to set up the test processes in accordance with recognized best practices.
- Individual UX-Design for user aceptance:
The end user views are designed directly in the respective workflow steps according to user groups. The content management of NEXIS 4 allows compiling the views on the basis of templates, which can be individualized with a few clicks.
- Piloting & Going Live:
With the help of an initial recertification for pilot areas, the configuration can be further refined. After incorporating possible feedback, an optimally coordinated recertification can then be started.
