Building on Matthias’ and HCOB’s project learnings, the session explores how structured IAM Governance Documentation, role management, transparency, and automation were embedded into daily operations - and why communication, clearly defined responsibilities, and the ongoing involvement of business owners proved just as critical as the underlying IAM platform. 

Rather than a slide‑heavy lecture, the webinar is designed as a dialogue with minimal slides, guided discussion points, and active chat‑based Q&A. Participants will gain practical insights into what helped, what needed adjustment, and what comes next -  from continuous improvement and monitoring to the growing relevance of non‑human identities -  with the clear takeaway that IAM development is never truly finished.
