Your Tasks
- Support of our employees and managers in all personnel-related and labor law issues for currently three LLCs
- Independent coordination of the entire recruiting process, from the recruitment request to onboarding
- Preparation of all relevant documents and papers, such as employment contracts and references , and management of master data using our modern HR system
- Proactive collaboration in the ongoing optimization of our internal cross-departmental HR processes
- Conception and implementationof HR projects in line with e the group strategy
- Preparatory activities for external payroll accounting
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training with further training as a personnel officer or business studies with a focus on human resources management
- Ideally several years of professional experience in a comparable, generalist area of responsibility
- Strong communication skills, high quality standards and organizational talent
- Structured, independent way of working, team spirit, diligence and initiative
- Very good German and good English skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Word & Excel)
- Experience in using HR management software (e.g. Personio) preferred
