Partner Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • Build and maintain strong and long-term partner relationships with our integration and distribution partners
  • Develop and review business plans and define program objectives with our partners
  • Plan and execute targeted lead generation activities with our integration and channel partners in collaboration with our marketing team
  • Supporting partners as a key point of contact for the vendor
  • Managing and planning partner reselling activities and pipelines, lead management and forecasting for our entire sales force
  • Support in proposal preparation and execution of contract negotiations
  • Representation of our company at trade shows and events
  • Achieving sales and revenue targets
  • Reporting for our management on all sales activities
  • Strategic development and operational execution of our sales

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in the field of economics, business informatics or similar
  • You already have relevant experience in IT security sales (B2B) and partner management
  • You bring entrepreneurial, analytical and creative thinking with you
  • You speak with decision makers at eye level and you enjoy communication
  • You have an affinity for technology and are interested in understanding our product
  • You want to demonstrate your knowledge of sales principles and practices in practice
  • The importance of maintaining data in the CRM system is self-explanatory for you
  • You are characterized by a willingness to perform, diligence, initiative, and a structured and independent way of working
  • You are a strong communicator and enjoy communicating with customers and partners – preferably on site (willingness to travel 25 %)
  • You work with a “hands-on” mentality
  • You have business fluent German and English skills
