Your Tasks
- Design responsibility for user interfaces of our web-based software products
- Strategic design and UX decisions for the implementation of central features and functions
- Conception of new designs for the user interface of the NEXIS 4 software and coordination with product management and developers
- Conception and visualization of user journeys and user interactions for our web application
- Conducting user research and user testing including interviews and surveys
- Creating mockups & wireframes to represent your design ideas
- Improving the user experience when interacting with our software through your designs and functional concepts
- Working with development teams and customers to further optimize our software
Your Profile
- Training / studies in UX / media design, media informatics or similar
- Relevant experience in UX design, ideally with B2B software
- Confidence in using common design tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator or similar) – you have the choice of your preferred tools!
- Strong understanding of design principles and user-based design
- Excellent communication skills in an agile, dynamic, and fast-growing environment – with both our development and management teams
- You have experience analyzing user requirements and understanding what customers want
- You have an affinity for technology and a desire to understand our product
Team spirit, motivation, initiative, creativity and diligence as well as a structured and independent way of working - Very good German and English skills
